RORY Schlein and Troy Batchelor will fly out to Denmark on Wednesday – bidding for World Cup glory.
The Peterborough duo will definitely start for Australia as they take on Denmark, Russia and Sweden in the SWC Race-off.
Aussie team manager Craig Boyce keeps faith with the same five riders who missed out on top spot in Event Two at King’s Lynn on Monday night.
Despite leading for almost half the meeting, the Aussies were pipped at the post by a triumphant Great Britain who qualify for World Cup Final for the first time since 2007.
Boyce said: “We are going with exactly the same team, it’s been decided for months.
“We are building for the future and we don’t expect to go out and beat the world.”
Kenneth Bjerre and Niels-Kristian Iversen will be in the Denmark side that will have home track advantage with both the Race-off and the Final at Vojens.
